Registration

UAI 2025 is primarily organized as an in-person event, and we very much hope to see many of you in real life. It is also possible, however, to choose online attendance, which gives you access to the main conference program and online tutorials and workshops.

Registration is for the entire event. We have tutorials on 21st July, the main conference on 22nd-24th July, and three workshops on 25th July. In person registration includes poster sessions, catered coffee breaks, and the conference banquet, providing plenty of time to socialize and meet other researchers. Please note:

  • The early bird registration deadline is 2nd June. For the other relevant dates, please see important dates.
  • There is no on-site registration. Do not travel to attend UAI in person without a registration.
  • The deadline for in-person registration is 19th July.
  • Authors of accepted workshop papers will be able to register until 10th July using the early-bird fee.
  • Please check the visa requirements for Brazil. Passport holders from Australia, Canada, and the United States can apply online for an eVisa. If you require an invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, please write to uai2025chairs+visa@gmail.com. You must supply the details shown at the bottom of the page.
  • If you need an invoice, please write to uai2025chairs+general@gmail.com.

Details required for visa invitation letter:

  1. badge name you will use;
  2. your preferred contact email;
  3. your address;
  4. copy of your passport;
  5. date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
  6. ID of accepted paper (if any).
