Our two virtual poster sessions on Tuesday and Thursday take place in Gather.town. We will add the link once we have finalized the preparation. General information about GatherTown can be found in this video.
We have set up four rooms for the posters, each accessible from the Main room:
Here below is how the Main room looks like, with the doors to each of these four rooms.
Each poster room contains 48 poster stands, each one with a number that will be assigned to a specific paper, as shown for one of the rooms in the image below. We have tried to cluster the papers together by topics and by shared authors.
We have assigned the papers in each poster session to a poster id that describes the location of the poster in each of the rooms. You can check which paper is assigned to which location in the images below, or check based on the paper id here.
The online chairs will upload all the virtual posters that you have submitted at the poster location assigned to each paper, so there is no need for the presenters to upload anything. We suggest that you test Gathertown before the poster session to check that everything works.
The Gathertown space will be available for the whole duration of the main conference and the virtual posters will be accessible also during that time, so feel free to visit it also at another time.
