UAI 2024 - Registration


UAI 2024 is primarily organized as an in-person event, and we very much hope to see many of you in real life. It is also possible, however, to choose online attendance, which gives you access to the main conference program and online tutorials and workshops.

Registration is for the entire event. We have five tutorials on 15th July, the main conference on 16th-18th July, and three workshops on 19th July. In person registration includes poster sessions, catered coffee breaks, and the conference banquet, providing plenty of time to socialize and meet other researchers.

Please note:
  • The early bird registration deadline is 2nd June. For the other relevant dates, please see important dates.
  • Those who do not have access to significant funding can apply for scholarships (deadline 23:59 AoE, 24th May). If you are applying for a scholarship you should not register until you hear back from us (by 30th May). For details, please see the scholarship page.
  • There is no on-site registration. Do not travel to attend UAI in person without a registration.
  • The deadline for in-person registration is 19th July.
  • Authors of accepted workshop papers will be able to register until 10th July using the early-bird fee.
  • If you require an invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, please write to uai2024chairs@gmail.com. You must supply the details shown at the bottom of the page.
  • If you need an invoice, please write to uai2024chairs@gmail.com.
