Student-Author Travel Grants

UAI has funds available to provide financial support to student authors of papers at UAI-07, Each student author must register for the conference and apply by the deadline to be eligible for financial support.
Funding Details
Student authors (who apply by the deadline) may be provided financial support for travel costs. Financial support for students is made possible by donations and grants. The amount of support will be determined by the donations, the number of students applying for support, and expected travel costs for the students.
Recipients of student travel grants may be required to choose university housing.
How to Apply
Students wishing to receive a UAI student-author travel grant should send an application with the following information:
- Name, Institution, and email address
- Mailing address
- Expected travel costs
- Title and tracking number of accepted paper.
- Letter of support from their advisor that also states their student status (if not already submitted)
All information should be formatted in plain text. Applications should be emailed to: Rina Dechter - dechter@ics.uci.edu - with the subject "UAI Student-Author Travel Grant Application".
