Travel Information for UAI
You can get to Catalina Island using a ferry boat (about 1 hour). You can arrange transportation from your arrival airport (probably LAX) to a ferry boat pickup point using Karmel.com. A package including full round-trip transport for $117 per adult is available by contacting Kim at kim@karmel.com or David at david@karmel.com, or 1-888-995-7433. You will need to provide the following info:
- Arriving and departing flight info
- A credit card to guarantee the reservations
- An email address (if calling)
- Contact number (cell preferred)
The last ferry leaves from Long Beach at 5:45pm daily (see ferry schedule), so be sure to arrive at LAX at least 2 hours beforehand.
