The UAI-2004 conference registration fee entitles you to these benefits:

Attendance at all conference technical programs
Continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee break each day of the main conference
One copy of the conference proceedings
One ticket to the Thursday evening reception
One ticket to the banquet

The optional UAI-2004 tutorial fee entitles you to these benefits:

Full day tutorial
Morning continental breakfast and afternoon coffee break
Note: tutorial notes are not included in the the fee but can be ordered for purchase and will be available for free electronically.

Note: Registration for the UAI-2004 Application Workshop will be handled on site.

UAI-2004 attendees may pay by credit card, check, or money order. Registrants pay
one fee for the main conference, which runs from July 9-11, and may also
elect to pay for the optional tutorial which will be held on July 8th.

Certain attendees may qualify for complimentary registration. Refer to the sections
below for registration and payment details.

Refund policy: No refunds after June 21st, 2004. Refund requests prior to that date
will be granted minus credit card and other processing fees. For refunds on credit
card payments, check or money-order payments contact Chris Meek at meek@microsoft.com.

Paying by credit card:

To register and pay by credit card, click here and fill out the online registration form which will guide you through the credit card payment process. Save your final confirmation screen which you will use to pick up your badge at the conference.

Paying by check or money order:

To register and pay by check or money order, download and print out the registration
