Conference attendees must contact the hotel of their choice directly, identify themselves
as conference registrants and supply the appropriate code of the chosen hotel to qualify
for the reduced rates.

Please note:

• The conference will be held at the Banff Park Lodge.
• The cut-off date for reservations and rate guarantee at the Banff Park Lodge is May 17, 2004.
• The current cut-off date for reservations at all other lodging facilities is April 30th, 2004.
• Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All rooms are subject to state, local, and occupancy taxes.
• There are only a limited number of rooms available at the Banff Park Lodge (where the conference will be held).
• UAI-2004 coincides with the Calgary Stampede Days, so we advise attendees to book flights, hotels, and car rentals as early as possible.
