UAI 2022 - Instructions for the OpenReview camera-ready submission

Materials to upload

* If you will give an oral presentation (as well as a poster presentation) of your paper in person,

  • please bring your A0, portrait (or A1, landscape) physical poster to the conference (compulsory);
  • please submit the slides for your 10-minute oral presentation in PDF, so that your discussant will be able to prepare a response accordingly (encouraged);
  • if you would like to present your poster in an online poster session as well, please submit an electronic copy of your poster in PDF (optional).

* If you will give an oral presentation (as well as a poster presentation) of your paper remotely,

  • please submit an electronic copy of your A0, portrait (or A1, landscape) poster in PDF (compulsory);
  • please submit the slides for your 10-minute oral presentation in PDF, so that your discussant will be able to prepare a response accordingly (encouraged);

* If you will give a poster presentation (as well as a spotlight presentation) of your paper in person,

  • please bring your A0, portrait (or A1, landscape) physical poster to the conference (compulsory);
  • please submit the 1- or 2-page slides for your spotlight presentation in PDF (compulsory);
  • If you would like to present your poster in an online poster session as well, please submit an electronic copy of your poster in PDF (optional).

* If you will give a poster presentation (as well as a spotlight presentation) of your paper remotely,

  • please submit an electronic copy of your A0, portrait (or A1, landscape) poster in PDF (compulsory);
  • please submit the video recording of your 1-minute spotlight presentation in MP4 (compulsory; you are encouraged to show not only the slides but also your face).

Specification of the materials

  • Oral presentation: 10-minute (followed by a 2-minute discussion by a discussant and a 3-minute Q&A session);
  • Spotlight presentation: 1 minute;
  • Poster format: A0, portrait (alternatively, if you would like to use a landscape poster, please use the A1 size);
  • Slides for spotlight talks: 1- or 2-page slides in PDF;
  • Slides for oral presentation: PDF;
  • Video recording: MP4 (you are encouraged to show not only the slides but also your face).
