Instructions for authors with accepted papers
Please format your paper using the same style file that you used for submission (see here for details), namely up to 9 pages plus an unlimited number of references. Remember to include the authors names!
Once your pdf file is formatted, login to CMT. You should see your paper(s) along with a column on the right called 'Camera-ready'. Click on the edit button and follow the upload instructions there. You may submit up to 2 pdf files; the second one is an optional appendix of unlimited length (subject to the 5mb size restriction).
In addition to CMT, please fill out
this copyright form.
You can either sign it electronically using acrobat or alternatively, print,
sign, scan, and then email. It is sufficient if only one of the authors of the
papers signs the form, but then that author has to tick the mark at the bottom
of the form indicating that he/she signs for all co-authors.
Save the pdf or image file using the last name of the first author of the paper, e.g. Cozman.pdf or Murphy.jpg.
