Refund policy: No refunds after July 21st, 2003. Refund requests prior to that date
will be granted minus credit card and other processing fees. For refunds on credit
card payments, contact refunds@acteva.com. For refunds on check or money-order

Paying by credit card:

To register and pay by credit card, click on the Acteva logo at the bottom of this page
and fill out the online registration form which will guide you through the credit card
payment process. Save your final confirmation screen which you will use to pick up
your badge at the conference.

Paying by check or money order:

To register and pay by check or money order, download and print out the registration
form by clicking here.

Fill out the registration form and mail it in with your check or money order (details
are on the registration form). In addition to sending in your registration form, we
want you to enter your personal information into the registration database, so you
can receive a confirmation email. Do that by clicking on the Acteva logo at the
bottom of this page, and entering '1' in the  "Pay by Check or Money Order" option.
Please do not check any other options, such as conference or tutorial registration
as you will then be asked to enter your credit card information. Your registration
options should only be declared on the registration form.

Attendees who fit one of the following categories receive complimentary registration
to UAI'03:

• industrial sponsors (at most two complimentary registrations per sponsor)
• invited speakers
• tutorial speakers
• program/conference chairs
